About The Founder
From Healthcare to Housing: Why I Built AnchorPath Living
I’m Keasha Taylor—Realtor, Healthcare Professional, and Founder of AnchorPath Living.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I continue to work alongside individuals navigating some of life’s hardest transitions. Those who are struggling—not just with their health, but with housing, dignity, and being seen. I see too many adults fall through the cracks, not because they lack potential—but because they lack opportunity.
I built AnchorPath Living to help fill that gap and to change that narrative— offering not just housing, but a second chance rooted in love, structure, and purpose.
This program is rooted in what I’ve always believed: Everyone deserves a second chance. A safe place. A fresh start. Whether you’re returning home, aging without support, or simply starting over—this is a place where you’ll be welcomed without judgment.
AnchorPath Living isn’t just a housing program. It’s my purpose. And I’m proud to walk this path with you.
Our Mission
At AnchorPath Living, we believe in second chances—and that stable, affordable housing should never be out of reach.
We are an independent housing program—not an assisted living facility—offering shared and private living options for adults in the North Carolina Triad area who are rebuilding, transitioning, or simply need a place to start fresh.
We serve individuals facing housing challenges—veterans, seniors, returning citizens, and displaced adults—by offering more than a place to stay. We offer consistency. We offer community. We offer care.
Participants in our program live independently, but they’re not alone. Our environment encourages personal responsibility, dignity, and the freedom to create a new path without the barriers of stigma, instability, or isolation.
AnchorPath Living isn’t just housing—It’s about restoring hope, nurturing purpose, and guiding every participant toward their next chapter—with compassion at the center of it all.

OUR VISION
At AnchorPath Living, we envision a community where every adult in transition has access to structured, supportive housing that nurtures growth, restores dignity, and fosters long-term stability.
We believe housing is more than shelter — it is the anchor from which individuals rebuild, realign, and reclaim their independence.
Our goal is to be a trusted model of excellence in transitional housing across North Carolina and beyond, serving as a catalyst for second chances, community reintegration, and personal empowerment.
Through accountability, structure, and compassion, we empower our participants to move forward — not just to survive, but to thrive.
Who We Serve
AnchorPath Living was created for adults who need a place to land, regroup, and reclaim their lives—with dignity, independence, and support.
We welcome individuals who may have fallen through the cracks of traditional housing systems, including:
Veterans
Seniors aging without local support
Returning citizens transitioning from incarceration
Adults facing eviction, housing instability, or homelessness
Displaced individuals who simply need a fresh start
Our participants are adults capable of living independently, but who still need access to consistency, community, and a clean, safe place to call home.
We do not judge the past—we focus on the future. Whether you're navigating life after incarceration, aging alone, or simply trying to move forward, you are not invisible here.
AnchorPath Living is here for the overlooked, the underserved, and those ready to rise again.

Connecting Participants to Community Resources
Through optional case management, we help individuals access mental health support, employment services, transportation aid, and other vital resources. Our goal is to ensure every participant has a pathway to real progress.
Creating Accountability Through Supportive Structure
We offer more than shelter — we provide routines, expectations, and mentorship that foster personal growth. Participants are encouraged to take ownership of their future while receiving the guidance they need to stay on track.
