Participant Criteria & Community Expectations

To preserve the integrity, safety, and peaceful environment of AnchorPath Living, all participants are expected to meet the following criteria and uphold these community standards.

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all, we require:

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Must be capable of independent living (this is not an assisted living facility)

  • Must maintain a substance-free lifestyle (zero-tolerance policy)

  • Must complete intake orientation and participate in monthly wellness check-ins

  • Must sign and comply with a month-to-month participation agreement

Community Conduct Expectations:

  • Respect all fellow participants, staff, and shared spaces

  • Quiet hours must be observed to maintain a restful environment

  • No overnight guests or visitors unless formally approved

  • Maintain cleanliness in personal and common areas at all times

  • Acts of violence, threats, or harassment will result in immediate removal

  • Timely payment of monthly program contribution is required

  • Attend scheduled community meetings or group discussions when applicable

AnchorPath Living is a space of healing, structure, and forward movement. Each participant plays a vital role in sustaining a safe, stable, and uplifting shared environment.
