AnchorPath Living is more than housing—it is a structured shared living environment centered on stability, accountability, respect, and independence. To maintain a safe and respectful household, all participants are expected to uphold the following commitments:

• Pay the monthly program fee on time according to the program agreement

• Maintain a drug- and alcohol-free living environment

• Follow established quiet hours

• Maintain cleanliness in personal and shared household areas

• Respect fellow participants, their privacy, personal belongings, and shared spaces

• No visitors during the initial 90-day probationary period

• After the probationary period, visitors must follow APL’s established visitor notification and sign-in requirements

• Overnight guests are not permitted at any time

• Follow household safety and security expectations

• Do not enter another participant’s bedroom without permission

• Participate in scheduled house meetings when required

• Notify management of maintenance concerns, safety issues, or extended absences according to program guidelines

• Communicate respectfully and take responsibility for individual and household obligations

• Follow all terms of the program agreement and established house guidelines

Participation in AnchorPath Living is month-to-month, and continued participation is based on compliance with the program agreement and established household expectations.

There is no curfew. Participants maintain their independence and are responsible for managing their own schedules while respecting quiet hours, household security, and the rights of others in the home.

Together, these commitments help maintain a stable, respectful, and independent shared living environment for everyone who calls AnchorPath Living home.
